Eat as much soup as possible: at lunchtime, in the evening, between meals, as soon as you feel like having some.
If you can't have the soup for breakfast, start the day with a light snack and have the soup at around 10 am.
Keep to the correct day order and to the food recommended for those days.
Drink a lot: at least 3 litres of still mineral water (or herbal tea) per day.
Do not follow this diet for more than 7 days.
Do not take part in intensive sport when you are following the diet, but do 10 minutes of muscular exercise or walk for 30 minutes per day.

Not recommended for pregnant women.

Once open, keep for 48 hours in the fridge.
